SUMMARY: LC 33 6351 LC 33 6564S  Amends the "Move on When Ready Act" passed last session to revise the definition of an "eligible postsecondary institution" to make eligible for participation in the program any postsecondary institution in the state that holds accreditation that is recognized by either the US Department of Education or Council for Higher Learning.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
